Immune Support Breakfast Cereal

4 cups organic, gluten-free rolled oats
2 cups oat bran
1 cup chopped dried fruit
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup raw, unsalted nuts, chopped
1 cup flaxseed
1/2 cup milk thistle seeds

Mix all ingredients together. If you prefer a crunchy cereal, you can broil the cereal as if you were making granola. To serve, soak ½ to 1 ½ cups in water, rice, or nut milk. On cold days, try heating your soaking liquid first.
